Wayne Baker, known in the electronic music world as SubQuire (formerly Fidelium), is a classically trained composer and multi-genre music producer with over two decades of experience. Armed with a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition from San Francisco State University, Wayne’s background in classical piano laid the foundation for his diverse musical journey. He has played key roles in projects ranging from orchestras and choirs to rock, jazz, synth, and EDM groups. As a skilled multi-instrumentalist and expert in composition, sound design, and production, Wayne’s versatility enables him to effortlessly navigate between genres, creating innovative and emotionally resonant music.

In addition to his creative work, Wayne founded and managed the IDMf Netlabel for six years, where he oversaw the release of more than 30 albums by emerging artists from around the globe. His project management experience, combined with his deep understanding of production and post-production, allowed him to help artists refine their sound, guiding them through the intricate process of releasing professional-quality music.
